Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Delivery Delays
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Incorrect Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at solunabynancy@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been processed or shipped.
